Made from recipes originally developed by nutritionist and three times Coast to Coast World Multisport Longest Day champion Emily Miazga. Emily first created her power cookies to support her sporting endeavours. Friends and family loved them, suggested she sell them, and the brand powered into life in 2004. All Em’s products are made with quality real ingredients, empowering conscious food choices.
I have known Emily the creator of Em's Power Cookies back in 2004 Christchurch. I was looking for help with nutrition while shooting archery all day. Emily was great source of knowledge and helped me fuel my body. I am known to her as the "Archer Person". Forward a few years and Emily is an talented person who had a dream, and lived that dream by developing "Em's Power Cookies", and here we are.
I love supporting someone who has a dream, and making that dream happen. Like you, adventure seekers to the 5 K runners, hikers, or as they say in New Zealand "Trampers". Em's Power bars and bites are for all sports when you need to refuel.
