As a seller, we would like you to know that we care about you, the buyer.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service we can. if you are not happy, please let us know in an email, and we can resolve anything. We only sell goods that we truly believe in and fit the purpose of sporting activities.

  • If the Goods are faulty, Running Vibes will exchange them, no problem proof or send them back so I can then pass the item(s) to my supplier.

  • If you decide to change your mind, as we often do now and again, there would be a cost of $40

(This includes the postage I paid plus any credit card fees that Running Vibes has incurred; we don't charge the bankers fees)
